We had high school students from the National English Honor Society read to our class today.

Cloud science

We made our own cloud rain in science class. Then the children had the chance to play with some shaving cream after.

Lunch party!!

My students worked hard to earn a lunch party. We made our own sandwiches and wraps and also had a variety of sides. They were super excited to get ice cream sandwiches from our favorite classroom helper!!

Morning message

We have a morning message daily which helps to give the children a glimpse into the day. They are reminded of specials and any extra events. We also use this time to answer questions.

Sentence structure

We are working on proper sentence structure, building sentences, spelling sight words accurately, and writing for purpose! We are learning how to research and write our own nonfiction books.
