We read stories with stuffed animals and puppets. 

 We played "spill the beans" in math to work on number writing.

Lots of hands on learning today!

We learned the letter-keyword-sound for "T" today. We practiced writing it on dry erase boards.

We matched letters hidden in the sensory table.

We built color words using magnetic letters.

We practiced our cutting skills.

We used letter pieces to build words and names.

Color Paint

We read Mouse Paint today. Then we used red, blue, and yellow to paint. We will write sentences to go with our pictures this afternoon.

We had a great first day of kindergarten! We were busy playing with math manipulatives, singing songs, making new friends, and listening to stories!!
